When you first come in, we’ll explore the recurring thoughts that are troubling you. Once you identify them, I’ll show you how to discern a rational thought from an irrational one.

Irrational thoughts cause anxiety.

You will learn how to untwist those irrational thoughts and make them more rational – that will positively affect how you feel.

We’ll explore the different self-soothing skills you can use to manage how your body reacts to anxiety. With that, you will be in charge of your thoughts and emotions, and anxiety will no longer be a threat because you’ll know exactly how to handle it.

There is a way to understand the difference between a rational thought and a thought that is irrational – as well as the distinct effect each has on you.

Since thoughts create emotions, emotions influence behaviors, I will help you be in charge of the thoughts that drive you crazy – so they won’t!
