FAQs

How does Teletherapy work?

Therapy sessions are conducted via video platform or phone. I use Doxy.me, which is a HIPPA compliant video platform. Because I am licensed in both California and Georgia, my services are available to residents in both states.

Where do I park?
We have free parking on the driveway along the side of the building, as well as in the parking deck in the back.

Beware, however, that the parking spaces with names on them are off limits. People get territorial about their parking spaces!

Only if you want to. I have a whole stock of Kleenex tissues in my office. And, no, they are not scented, nor do they have moisturizers in them. Safe to wipe your glasses with.
Do I have to lie on the couch?
Some clients prefer to sit on the couch, others to lie down, or to sit on the floor. I’ll go with whatever you prefer.

Water and mints. That’s about it. Feel free to bring lunch if we are meeting during your lunch hour.
Can I bring my dog?
Even though I would love for you to bring your dog (I’m a dog lover), the building management has banned dogs from the building. Go figure!
